Shipping Methods and Rates:

We offer Australia Post Express Shipping at a flat rate of $20.00 Australia wide.

Please note that large-scale, custom orders or corporate send-outs might incur additional fees.

Delivery times vary between 1 to 3 days, with additional time required for rural locations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Disclaimer:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control such as weather conditions and peak seasons may contribute to delays. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Delivery Planning and Freshness:

To maintain freshness, especially for our delights such as cookies and brownies, we recommend scheduling deliveries a few days in advance, particularly for events or special occasions.

Our cookies are baked fresh on the day of dispatch and remain fresh for up to 3 weeks for sugar cookies and one week for NYC cookies, ensuring high quality upon arrival.

Holiday Processing Notice:

Between November and December, please anticipate a processing period of up to 5 business days due to increased order volumes during festive seasons. We appreciate your patience during these high volume times.

Order Processing Times:

For Elysium Tea products, please allow a processing window of 1 to 3 business days before your order is shipped.

For Elysium Delights products, please allow a processing window of 1 to 4 business days before your order is shipped.

We prepare our dough fresh daily in small batches to maintain superior freshness, reflecting our commitment to quality.

Custom and Corporate Orders

Large, custom or corporate orders may require additional production time and may incur different delivery costs depending on quantity, packaging and location.

Delivery Tracking and Post-Delivery Issues:

Once your order leaves our headquarters, issues during transit become the responsibility of Australia Post. You can track your order using the tracking information provided via email or the Australia Post app. For any concerns about parcel location or delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.
If you opt for authority to leave unattended shipping, you assume full responsibility for the parcel's safety. To mitigate risk, choose shipping with a signature requirement.

Damaged Parcels During Transit:

Please notify us immediately if your cookies or package arrives damaged or broken during transit. While we take precautions to secure packages, rare instances of breakage may occur. If there is evidence that the package or our handling caused breakage, we will compensate accordingly.

Pick Up Orders:

For pick-up orders, please inform us via email or social media before pickup to ensure your order is not dispatched with other shipments. The pick-up location is Middleton Grange, New South Wales.
